Physical activity advice for older people

Physical activity advice for older people is for older people who do not exercise enough for their health and well-being and need support and encouragement to start or increase their physical activity.

During the meeting, the sports advisor will assess the client’s current physical fitness by means of fitness tests and by talking together. We will then help you to find a form of exercise that is pleasant, suitable and promotes your well-being.

Mobility goals are planned together according to the client’s own needs and possibilities.
