Sports facilities

A diverse and comprehensive network of sports facilities offers good opportunities for both voluntary exercise and active club activities. The vast majority of sports facilities and facilities are municipally owned. These are maintained and reserved through the Sports Office.

The diversity of the local sports offer is highlighted by the special sports facilities run by sports clubs and the sports companies operating in Siilinjärvi. Many of the sports facilities run by the clubs enable the organisation of competitions at the world championship level.

Clubs have been allocated a number of shifts, which are usually between 17.00 and 21.30 on weekdays, with occasional training shifts at weekends. Allocated training slots, match bookings and other events at our various pitches are shown on the booking calendars in the Julius booking system.
