The online library is always open

The online library Siili-Finna can be found at https://siilinjarvenkirjasto.finna.fi.
Search the library’s resources, renew loans, make reservations or find out about library events and services! You can log in with your library card number and a four-digit PIN code, which you can obtain in person at the library.

Library involved in the Siilinjärvi app

You can also use the Siilinjärvi app to conveniently visit the library. The app can be downloaded free of charge to your mobile device either from the Google Play store or AppStore. In the app, you always carry your library card with you, and in the online library you can make reservations and renew loans. To access it, you need your library card number and a four-digit PIN code.

Borrow e-books, audio books and digital magazines from the national E-library

Download the free E-library app from the app store on your mobile device. The first time you register for the app, you will need strong authentication.

Watch films on Viddla

There are hundreds of films for children and adults. To register, you need your library card number and PIN code, which you can get in person at the library. You can watch up to five films a month. The service works best with a Chrome browser.

The first hour is a self-service hour, loans and returns are made via self-service machines.
