The building regulations approved by the Siilinjärvi Municipal Council on 18 March 2013 have been updated on 20 January 2025.The updated building regulations are temporary and will be followed until the actual new building regulations approved by the Siilinjärvi Municipal Council have gained legal force.

Renewal of the building regulations

The renewal of the building regulations has been initiated and the relevant participation and assessment plan has been approved by the Authority Board on 15.8.2023, § 30. The participation and assessment plan was updated on 27.11.2024.

The revision of the building regulations is prepared by a working group consisting of representatives of the authority board Petri Rojo and Kari Hartikainen, the representative of the municipal government in the authority board Tuulikki Hynynen, the representative of the planning office Timo Nenonen and the representatives of the building control Kari Nuutinen and Jenni Laitinen.
