Utilising waste in your own civil engineering works

Small-scale use of clean brick and concrete rubble from private dwellings for private earthworks is allowed outside the groundwater body. At least two weeks prior to the operation, written notification must be given to the municipal environmental protection authority.
The environmental protection authority will examine the notification and, if necessary, issue instructions. The use of brick and concrete rubble is conditional on the use of suitable soil materials for the same purpose.
