A trauma-informed approach to working life – free training for entrepreneurs and employees
Do you know how traumatic experiences can manifest themselves in work communities and client work? Would you like to learn how to regulate your own state of alertness to improve your well-being at work? Or would you like to know how to promote a more respectful and safer working environment?
Trauma-informed work approach training has been developed in the Work and mental wellbeing – Mindset 2.0 project. The project is funded by the South Savo Regional Development Centre. The training is free of charge!
The training will raise awareness of the impact of traumatic and traumatic life experiences on working life. An understanding of this will strengthen the human response to traumatic experiences.
The first edition of the training will take place from 10.9.-15.12.2024 and is free of charge for participants. The training is intended for working people in North Savo who are interested in trauma-informed work and its application in working life.

Getting to grips with the basics of employment contract law – online course
Do you work in human resources or in a front-line job? It’s important to know the law at all stages of the employment relationship so that you are legally correct and can comply with your employer’s obligations. The online training consists of nine sections, ranging from an interview to the conclusion of an employment contract, obligations during the employment relationship and the various means of terminating the employment relationship. At the end of each section, you will test your knowledge with a short multiple-choice exercise. You can complete the online course at your own pace in the DigiCampus learning environment. The online course is available for 3 months from the date of enrolment. You can complete the course at your own pace. The price of the course is €189.
