Kickstart to Work project
The Kickstart to Work project offers job coaching to unemployed job seekers or people outside the labour market in Siilinjärvi and pilots a working pair model together with the Kuopio employment area. The job coaching aims to build a pathway to working life, education or entrepreneurship with the support of a job coach. The low-threshold individual coaching complements statutory employment services. The project will work closely with employment service specialists in the employment area to develop and pilot working pair model.
The project is an ESF+ co-funded (Competent and inclusive Finland that provides work, 4.1 Pathways to employment) and managed by Siilinjärvi municipality. The project will be implemented during the period 1.9.2025 – 31.12.2027.
