Marking the location and elevation of the building on the land
The building permit may stipulate that construction may not begin until the relevant municipal authority has marked the location and elevation of the building on the ground in accordance with the approved plans. The land marking and site survey required by the building permit shall be invoiced together with the building permit.
Marking the location and elevation of the building is carried out on the client’s order after the building permit has been issued. The marking is carried out by the surveyor’s office.
