Vocational education and training

Vocational education and training in Siilinjärvi is organised by the Ingman School of Arts and Crafts and the Savo Vocational College.

Ingmanedu Vocational College for Culture provides basic vocational training in the field of culture and further vocational training for adults. At Ingmanedu Vocational College for Culture you can study for a basic diploma in media and visual expression, a basic diploma in woodwork, a basic diploma in arts and crafts or a basic diploma in textiles and fashion.

Savo Vocational College has two different training units in Siilinjärvi. In the Rissala training unit you can study for a basic degree in aircraft installation. The Toivala unit offers a wide range of training for those interested in natural resources, technology and transport.

Ylä-Savo Vocational College organises training in civil engineering in Toivala, Siilinjärvi.
