Municipal stormwater regulations

The municipality may issue regulations(§ 103 j of the Land Use Act) on the quantity, quality, infiltration, drainage and monitoring of stormwater, and the treatment of stormwater. It may also lay down rules on the connection of a property’s stormwater system to the municipal stormwater system or other similar matters relating to stormwater management.

The provisions do not apply if the legally binding general plan or the zoning plan provides otherwise.
