Protected email
If you wish to send Siilinjärvi Municipality confidential information or an attachment containing confidential information, please do the following:
- Go to https://secmail.com/send/hgPshBHa
- On the page that opens, select whether you are a new secure mail user or whether you already have a secure mail subscription with SecMail. Press “Next”.
- To use SecMail secure mail, you must register with the service so that we can later identify you securely and, if necessary, use your mobile phone to further verify your registration. You will then receive a confirmation link in your inbox. Clicking on the link will confirm your registration and you will then be able to log in to the secure email interface by clicking on the “Sign in” button.
- In the form that appears, enter the recipient’s email address, the subject of the email and the body of the email itself. You can add an attachment using the “Attachment” button below the subject field.
- Once the necessary information is on the email submission form, press “Send message”.
Suomi.fi
Suomi.fi -viestit is a secure communication channel between the registered user of the service and the municipal authority. Registration and login can be done via the link below.
