Siilinjärvi Council for the Elderly and Disabled
The Council for the Elderly and People with Disabilities is a statutory body for citizens’ participation. The council’s task is to promote the interests of elderly and disabled people and to communicate so that their views are better taken into account in services. The Council also aims to support cooperation between older people, people with disabilities, public authorities and organisations. The Council also contributes to the development of services for older people and people with disabilities.
