Highlights from surveys of local residents.
Citizen participation, spring 2023
The perceptions of residents, municipal decision-makers and elected officials about the opportunities for participation and participation of residents were surveyed in spring 2023. There were differences in the perceptions of residents, decision-makers and elected officials. Municipal decision-makers were the most critical of the extent to which the views of residents are taken into account in municipal activities. The results of the surveys will be used to improve opportunities for citizen participation. Well-being of children, young people and families in Siilinjärvi, spring 2023
Residents’ and professionals’ views on the well-being of children, young people and families were surveyed during spring 2023. These views were used to inform the development of the Child and Youth Well-being Plan and will be used to support the development of future activities.

Family Centre Survey, spring 2022
The results of the family centre survey will be used to develop family centre activities and their communication. The results of the survey can be found here.
Equality and Equality Survey, autumn 2021
The results of the survey were used in the preparation of Siilinjärvi’s operational equality and equality plan and in the development of services. The results of the survey can be found in the annex to the Operational Equality and Equality Plan.
